Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the red "Check Out Now" button and you will be asked for the details we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard . If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.Shipping And Handling
The shipping charge for all orders to an address within the UK is £8.95. (Excluding the Channel Isles) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Goods upto the value of £42.50 are sent by Royal Mail). Goods upto the value of: £100.00 - £46.50, £200.00 - £48.50. £300.00 - £50.00, £400.00 - £60.00, Over £500.00 - £70.00. are sent by insured express courier service
For orders placed outside the UK , please note that you are responsible for any import duties, clearance and brokerage fees (where applicable) in your own country and should check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities. All orders will be despatched within 1 working days of receipt of payment with the exception of embroidery and special made to measure goods which usually take up to 14 working days to complete.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the UK or EU, by law, 20% VAT must be added. All orders dispatched outside the UK or EU are sent VAT free and you should click the "Exempt Button" to reduce VAT to zero.

RETURNS POLICY
UK Only
To receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment we must be made aware within 14 days. Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned used, worn or altered in any way. Without prior authorization product(s) will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges for your original order are non-refundable. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. All returned product(s) must be returned/ received within 7 business days of your original notification. Registered shipping of products which are returned, is the responsibility of the customer. Your return will be processed within 10 days.
